property disputes, and notably assisted on a legal case, filed by a large
master developer in Dubai, where a successful court judgement was obtained in
favour of our client to the value of AED 385 million.

conducting advanced legal research on UAE laws and Court precedents, as well as
Tunisian and French laws and jurisprudence.
has excellent exposure in relation to urgent cases, labour, leasing and
commercial cases. She recently assisted a major master developer group in the
termination of long term lease agreements. Nourchene also advised in a AED 1.3
million rental dispute for one of the UAE’s largest real estate developers,
obtaining a successful eviction order against a retail shop owner.
She has the ability to identify and rapidly respond to
arising issues and work efficiently towards a resolution. She is practiced in
preparing legal advice and case strategies on different matters, as well as
drafting legal notices, settlement agreements and legal documents.
graduated from the Faculty of Judicial, Political and Social Sciences of Tunis
with a Bachelor’s Degree in legal science and a Master’s degree in tax law and
disputes. She is fluent in Arabic, English and French and will regularly act as
translator between clients and Legal Consultants.
