Arbitration Paralegal

The Paralegal will be able to gain valuable and real-world legal experience by working alongside attorneys during all phases of the arbitration process, from the initiation of arbitration to the discovery period through to the issuance of an arbitral award. Some of the main responsibilities will include organizing and coordinating document productions, conducting various types of research, preparing witness statements, attending hearings and client meetings, preparing for hearings, liaising amongst various internal departments and outside agencies etc.

 

Qualifications: Must be a graduate with a Law Degree from a reputed University. Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity is required, with a prestigious law firm or legal department with experience specifically in arbitration matters. Since the Paralegal would be meeting and communicating with clients of the Firm it is essential that the Paralegal is fluent in English (both written and verbal).
