We are looking for a graduate with a Master’s degree in Human Resources from a reputed University with a minimum of 5 to 6 years’ experience in a similar capacity with a reputed law firm or professional services firm. The suitable candidate would be required to establish an HR Department within a law firm including preparing policies and procedures, HR systems, recruitments at various levels, developing performance management systems and general office administration. The candidate must possess strong communication skills (fluent in English & Arabic, both written and verbal). The HR Manager will be required to work closely with the management team and provide timely updates on all aspects of HR.
