Masuma Najafi is Human Resources Manager with Horizons & Co. She has extensive experience in Human Resources, with a particular focus on recruitment, performance management, training and development.
Masuma specialises in sourcing and recruiting qualified legal professionals, implementation of performance management systems, tailor-made development programs to employees. She actively participated in streamlining the Firm’s internal policies and procedures. She is dedicated to the development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasises quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Before joining Horizons & Co., Masuma held a number of senior HR positions within the UAE headquarters of Grant Thornton, PwC as well as A.T. Kearney and Zomato.
Ms. Masuma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management & Marketing from the University of Middlesex, UK as well as a Masters’ Degree in Human Resource Management. Masuma is also a Graduate Member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
