Odette greets and welcomes our guests as head receptionist at Horizons & Co. She has extensive customer service skills having previously held positions as a PA and as Emirates cabin crew.
In addition to welcoming guests, Odette will answer, screen and forward incoming calls, update calendars and schedule meetings as well as performing other administration and clerical reception duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing and emailing. She always ensures visitors to our offices are made to feel welcome due to her pleasant disposition.
Odette graduated in 2007 and is fluent in English and Afrikaans.
