Muhammad is a lawyer in the Arbitration Department, with over 15 years of experience.

He specialises in dispute resolution, focusing predominantly on real estate and construction matters. Registered with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), Muhammad frequently acts in mediation and negotiations.

He regularly advises and represents his clients - including employers, contractors and subcontractors - in disputes arising from their contractual relationships, particularly under FIDIC, or other project development and construction contracts. A strong negotiator, Muhammad is particularly skilled in amicably resolving disputes between parties.

He is well-versed in commercial, partnership, joint venture, and corporate disputes. Additionally, he has been known to act in insurance disputes between the insurer and insured across various sectors, as well as intellectual property disputes.
