- A UAE government entity in onshore federal proceeding in Dubai against a high-net-worth individual (relative of a former African president) in relation to fraudulent trading allegations.
- A UAE sovereign wealth fund on a fraud case regarding a claim that was related to a forgery in the process of obtaining a prominent retail unit.
- A syndicate of 10 banks on a case against the KBBO group concerning bankruptcy proceedings before the Abu Dhabi Court due to insolvency, with related criminal charges fraud and money laundering.
- A UAE-based bank against a Lebanese national in relation to fraudulently obtained financing in the region of AED 200 million.
- A semi-government entity in Abu Dhabi against a prominent local group of companies in proceedings related to fraud and embezzlement.
- A private individual on a claim against a UAE bank; 32 unauthorised transactions took place on our client’s card. The case was won, and the entire amount was recovered.
- An individual whose money had been stolen due to the negligence of a bank on a criminal case against said bank. An employee of the bank had transferred funds from our client’s account to numerous accounts at other banks without permission.
- A Korean technology giant on a criminal investigation whereby an employee leaked information to competitors under Article 120 of the UAE Labour Law.
- A UAE insurance broker on a dispute with a former top executive. The matter includes complex elements of fraud and parallel investigations of the Dubai Public Prosecutor and the DIFC Data Protection Authority.
