3. Interviews
Our competency-based interview technique helps us identify those who will thrive in our environment while minimising unconscious bias. Steps will vary depending on the team but typically include a screening by HR, a combination of technical tests, and interviews with an HR representative and the relevant department head.
4. Offer
After satisfactorily completing the interview process, we can review your employment contract for your perusal and acceptance.
5. Pre-onboarding
After accepting the job offer and passing our background check, you willreceive an email from HR welcoming you and giving you instructions for your first day on the job.
