As a leading local law firm, we are looking for an experienced Executive Secretary to join our Dubai office. As an Executive Secretary, you will play an integral role in supporting our team of Partners. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing legal documents, case files and liaising with clients. Your ability to multitask, coupled with your attention to detail and organisational skills, will enable you to thrive in this role.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Graduate or diploma in Business Administration.
- 1-3 years minimum experience in a similar role with a legal consultancy or professional services firm.
- In-depth knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail with advanced word processing, spelling, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to assess priorities among multiple competing requests, delegate to other support resources, and work under pressure to meet important deadlines.
- Advanced skills with MS Office suite, including MS Teams, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication (written/spoken) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (speaking, reading and writing) is an added advantage.
