Alaa is a Legal Consultant in the Litigation Department, specialising in a broad spectrum of contentious matters, including commercial, civil, criminal, infrastructure and transport, corporate disputes, employment, and banking and finance disputes.

Alaa provides comprehensive legal advice to clients, which includes drafting legal memoranda and contracts, attending expert meetings, and offering both verbal and written legal consultations. His legal expertise spans pre-litigation and litigation strategy, ensuring that his clients are well-positioned to achieve the best possible outcomes in their disputes.

With a particular focus on commercial companies, criminal law and civil cases, Alaa has successfully facilitated numerous positive outcomes for clients due to deep understanding of the UAE court processes and his experience as a litigator.

  • A UAE-based construction company in a contractual dispute with a European subcontractor over delays and cost overruns on a major infrastructure project. Assisted in an adjudication process to achieve a favourable claim settlement, and drafted the final agreement, ensuring minimal impact on the client’s ongoing operations.
