She focuses on non-contentious legal work, conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and providing tailored legal solutions with a strong client focus.
Her expertise spans corporate and commercial matters, including shareholder disputes, corporate structuring, comprehensive analysis of commercial agreements and providing legal opinions in relation to UAE law, particularly in relation to corporate structuring and commercial laws.
Since joining Horizons & Co., Ayesha has assisted in advising on corporate and regulatory compliance, due diligence on corporate entities, company incorporations, restructuring, liquidations and commercial agreements such as share and purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, and joint venture agreements.
