Bethany is a dynamic and driven dispute resolution solicitor, specialising in commercial litigation. With over a year of post-qualification experience at a top 50 law firm in the UK and more than five years of pre-qualification experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Bethany has an impressive academic background, having received multiple awards and scholarships for academic excellence.

Bethany is known for her proactive and resilient approach, consistently applying her skills and experience to tackle new and challenging situations.

Throughout her career, Bethany has advised a diverse range of national and international clients on various commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder and director disputes. She has also advised insolvency practitioners on antecedent transactions and bankruptcy proceedings.
