Darren Bradshaw
Head of CorporateDarren heads up the Corporate Law Practice, with over 20 years of experience in the legal profession. He trained as a barrister, specialising in both contentious & non-contentious issues in matters relating to contracts, construction, corporate restructures, employment, company law and maritime law.
Darren has a in-depth knowledge of contract law, construction law and company law, both common law and UAE civil law. He has worked in both private practice and with multinational construction and oil & gas companies as in-house counsel.
Darren obtained a Masters Degree in Commercial & Construction law, from Northumbria University in the United Kingdom.
Darren teaches undergraduate, LLB (common law), at the University of DeMontfort Dubai, in the subjects of Tort, Commercial Contracts, Employment and Legal Practice.

- Issued legal opinions to numerous clients, including diplomatic missions, within the UAE (onshore/offshore) on various legal topics.
- Undertaken FCPA/Bribery Act investigations on behalf od a US based client within Oil & Gas.
- Advised and represented an international client on a Maritime Law (England & Wales) arbitration in DIAC.
- Undertaken high level negotiations, on behalf of international & UAE based clients, primarily within the construction/oil & gas sectors.
