Dina Hassan

Paralegal

Dina is a Paralegal in our Corporate Department. She has over a  decade of experience advising local, regional and international companies on corporate and commercial law, with particular specialisation in company formation and the drafting and negotiation of complex agreements and contracts.

Throughout her career, she has worked closely with both national and international corporate entities, family offices, and government and semi-government entities. Her advice spans assisted in advising on compliance, filing and obtaining regulatory approvals, conducting due diligence and legal research, and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as share and purchase agreements,  shareholders agreements, and joint venture agreements.

  • A prominent Oil & Gas company on an international engineering and installment contract negotiation.
  • The World Bank Group on the preparation of reports and worksheets over a three-year period providing expert legal advice on the protection of women’s  rights under labor laws in Syria.the labour laws of Syria.
