Legal ConsultantMostafa is a Legal Consultant in our Litigation Department with over 10 years of experience of supporting clients on their contentious issues before the UAE Courts.
He specialises in a broad spectrum of litigation matters, including civil, commercial, rental, labour, family, criminal, and real estate disputes.
His expertise extends to representing clients in complex cases across various sectors before all levels of the UAE courts. With a thorough understanding of the legal landscape, he ensures his clients receive comprehensive support throughout the dispute resolution process, providing effective solutions within the courtroom.
Before joining Horizons & Co., Mostafa worked at one of Egypt’s leading law firms. He is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and is registered as a legal consultant with the Dubai Ruler's Court. Mostafa holds an LLB from the Faculty of Law at Alexandria University, where he focused his studies on English law.

- Advising a major GCC company in the B2C financing industry on losses resulting from suspected fraudulent transactions, involving complex investigatory, criminal, civil, and jurisdictional issues.
- Representing a large construction company in a dispute over contractual obligations concerning the lease of luxury buildings, successfully secured favourable rulings in court proceedings.
- Representing a marketing agency against their former General Manager, who was investigated and subsequently dismissed for multiple violations against colleagues, including verbal abuse, coercion to work during vacations and rest days, and the misuse of company resources for personal matters.
- Advising a large government-owned investment company on a civil and rental dispute, successfully recovering a claim of AED 30 million and facilitating the vacating of two major towers in Abu Dhabi.
- Advising a very well-known online entertainment company with series of labour issues.
- Advising one of the largest British educational groups in the world in a claim against an Indian/British businessman, amounting to AED 49 million, which was successfully recovered.
- Representing one of the oldest and largest Dubai-based freezone entities in a series of tenancy and real estate dispute matters.
- Advising local and regional banks on outlining case strategy and drafting all necessary memoranda and related legal opinions.
- Representing a large construction group in a commercial claim of USD 2.5 million.
- Represented a well-known Indian businessman in a case against a family member, resulting in a compensation claim of AED 17 million arising from a business dispute.
