Mahiyar Jehangir has over 18 year’s experience in Business Administration and Human Resources in the UAE. He holds a Master Degree in Personnel Management with specialisation in Human Resource Management and Business Administration. He also holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from the University of Pune, India, with specialisation in Economics and Finance.
Heading the internal operations of the firm, his teams provide support functions to legal teams within the firm to ensure that the overall business operates progressively and effectively. He heads the Administration, Human Resources, Finance, and IT Departments.
With his the ability to quickly understand complex concepts, manage financial planning and execution, identify and solve problems and turn ideas into logical strategies, Mahiyar is instrumental to the success of Horizons & Co. He also oversees of the ongoing recruitment of professionals at various levels, and implements systems within the firm to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction. Mahiyar’s approach to his varied position as Vice Chairman results in a strong and healthy collaboration not only between teams but with the firm’s valued clients which gives the firm a professional edge.
