Jeffy is a corporate lawyer with over 10 years of experience specialising in M&A transactions, company formation and corporate structuring, contract and agreement drafting, and a variety of other corporate and transactional matters.

His practice encompasses drafting and reviewing documents, including all types of agreements, MOUs and contracts, corporate governance, incorporations and structuring notably from an asset protection and risk avoidance standpoint.

His deep understanding of UAE corporate law, both onshore and in all the major free zones, means he is able to expertly guide clients on the best options in relation to their business operations, including in relation to all types of agreements, investments and partnerships.

His experience covers all sectors with helping companies on establishing their operations in the UAE, as well as advising on registrations, compliance with relevant regulations and the drafting and reviewing of documentation for various types of agreements.

Jeffy obtained his law degree from Cardiff University. He has worked in India, Singapore and most extensively in the United Arab Emirates.
