Muhammad is a lawyer in the Arbitration Department, with over 18 years of experience.

He specialises in dispute resolution, with a particular focus on real estate and construction matters. Acted as lead counsel, sole arbitrator and tribunal secretary in several domestic and international arbitrations before DIAC, ICC, IICRA, ADCCAC, DIFC-LCIA and Ad-hoc arbitration.

He provides expert legal counsel to clients—including employers, contractors, and subcontractors—on disputes arising from contractual relationships, particularly under FIDIC and other project development and construction contracts. Known for his strong negotiation skills, Muhammad excels in achieving amicable resolutions between parties.

In addition, Muhammad has extensive experience in handling commercial, partnership, joint venture, and corporate disputes.

Muhammad is dual-qualified as an Advocate of the High Court, Lahore, and a Solicitor of England & Wales, bringing a wealth of expertise across multiple legal jurisdictions.
