She has developed a strong track record in representing clients in high-value disputes, leveraging her in-depth knowledge of UAE law and litigation processes. Her expertise includes advising and representing financial institutions and property developers in complex disputes, as well as handling contractual disputes, mortgage enforcement, and claims related to breach of agreements.
Rowan is experienced in preparing detailed legal memoranda, submissions, and other essential documents for commercial disputes before UAE courts. She is also adept at crafting legal strategies to resolve contentious issues and mitigate risks in real estate transactions, financial agreements, and commercial contracts, ensuring her clients achieve the most favourable outcomes.
Bilingual in English and Arabic, Rowan has a keen eye for detail and excels in legal drafting, negotiations, and client representation. She completed her LLB, LLM, and LPC in the United Kingdom and is also a licensed attorney in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
